The doner kebab is absolutely delicious! The owner is very friendly, and the stand is easily accessible from the motorway. Standing tables and a picnic table are available. A great alternative to the usual rest stop offerings. Highly recommended!
A must-try. We happened to pass by on Friday, which is Steckerlfisch day. The Steckerlfisch (mackerel) was excellent! Very well seasoned, the meat nice and juicy but not oily. Served with a generous salad garnish and wonderful homemade bread. (I only tried it because of my gluten intolerance.) And served with friendliness. They also offer fries. I didn't rate the ambiance because the snack bar is right on the street, but it's very easy and quick to reach. We ate at the standing tables. Most customers were just picking up their food.

I can only recommend it. I've been driving past there for a long time and stopped today to buy a kebab, and I have to say it tastes absolutely amazing: fresh lettuce, tomatoes, carrot strips, diced bell peppers, and the fresh lemon squeeze he puts on top is amazing. Simply perfect.
I'm a truck driver, and all I can say is, the bread is very fluffy. Many bakeries don't have such quality. And stop by Balke's Imbiss. Hey, there you get quality at a fair price, but what's much more important is that it's always clean, always friendly, and always fresh. Ann can freely choose what kind of salad she wants. We're always happy when it works out. I'm happy every time I drive to Munich and back. If it works out, I have to stop by and get a kebab plate. All I can say is, folks, it doesn't get any fresher, go to Balke's Imbiss! The boss is always super nice, it's very welcoming. I think quality should also be highly praised. It's great that you exist. It's really worth a detour!! And I wish you lots of health and hope you make us many more delicious treats. And I would fully support the drone service. I live in Hesse. But I think we would be regular customers, Peer Drone. Cool.
For me, the BEST doner kebab. Fresh, crisp vegetables, plenty of meat, and perfectly seasoned. Crispy bread. But what I especially loved was the LEMON 😋😋 I'll only get my doner kebab at Balke's from now on!!!

The meat was super fresh and perfectly seasoned – you could immediately tell the difference compared to inferior doners. The selection of sauces was also remarkable. I opted for the garlic sauce and the hot sauce, and they perfectly complemented the doner. The portion was generous, and the price was more than fair. I was just hungry. Off to the kebab shop. Clean, friendly, and a portion for €11 is enough to fill anyone up. Everything was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious. Congratulations, my friend, this is one of the best kebabs I've ever eaten! I'll be back.
